Job Description

Lizone Consulting is looking to recruit a trainee role for a highly organized, proactive individual who wants to grow into a strong Executive Assistant. The EA Trainee will support across multiple portfolios, manage tasks and reminders, help structure ideas, and assist with execution. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to executive-level work and is eager to learn how to bring order, structure, and follow-through to complex responsibilities.

You will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the leadership team. This role requires a sophisticated command of the English language, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex schedules and communications with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio & Task Management

  • Help manage multiple portfolios, projects, and workstreams simultaneously
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across all responsibilities
  • Remind and prompt on what needs to be done, when, and why
  • Ensure priorities are clearly structured and updated regularly

Idea Capture & Structuring

  • Capture new ideas as they come up (verbal notes, voice notes, rough thoughts)
  • Organize ideas into clear action plans, task lists, or project outlines
  • Help turn ideas into structured steps that can be executed

Execution Support

  • Support the execution of ideas and projects by tracking progress
  • Follow up on delegated tasks and commitments
  • Help prepare documents, summaries, and simple plans where required

Organization & Coordination

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and reminders
  • Keep records, notes, and working documents well-organized
  • Ensure smooth coordination across different priorities and timelines

Required Skills

  • A degree in Mass Communication, English, or a related field is non-negotiable
  • At least 1 year experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations, Project Support, or similar role (including experience during school period)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to track multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, task tools, calendars)
  • Able to work independently in a hybrid setup
