We are seeking a visionary Executive Producer to join ADITI, a socially urgent film confronting the systemic neglect, abuse, and social exclusion faced by people living with disabilities in West Africa.

This project is being developed as a global festival film with a clear awards strategy, including an Oscar qualification pathway for 2027.
This is not a vanity credit. We are looking for real backing, real networks, and real conviction.

Production location: Lagos, Nigeria
Target: Global festivals and international audiences

You will champion the project financially, contribute to high-level strategic and creative decisions, collaborate with an experienced, award-winning creative team, and help position ADITI for global festivals and impact-led distribution.
 

An Executive Producer who can finance the project directly or actively help secure financing through a credible network, and who understands the power of socially driven storytelling with international relevance.
