We're hiring a results-driven Executive Sales Assistant to drive in-store sales, manage daily operations, and support executive coordination for a fast-growing fashion brand. If you've got strong persuasion skills, retail sales experience, and the discipline to thrive in a structured environment — this role is for you.

• Drive in-store sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Upsell products and ensure strong customer conversion.
• Provide direct administrative support to the Founder.
• Maintain accurate daily sales records and manage cash responsibly.
• Open the store daily and maintain brand presentation standards.

• Must reside in Yaba or nearby areas.
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask.
• Professional, well-spoken, and presentable.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working Mondays–Saturdays (structured off days apply).
• Ability to work independently and directly with a business owner.
