Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
  • Onboard new members into the Club and handle their initial communications.
  • Organize meetings, events, and official engagements with stakeholders.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points diligently.
  • Draft letters, reports, emails, and other official documents professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation systems.
  • Coordinate communication with members, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for leadership and guests.
  • Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive organizational information.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Experience supporting executives or working in international organizations is an advantage.
