We are seeking an experienced Expatriate Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience as an Auto Mechanic to oversee and manage a fleet of heavy-duty construction equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and workshop operations, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime across all company fleets.

• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and servicing of heavy-duty vehicles and construction machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repair solutions.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Supervise workshop operations and manage technical teams.
• Maintain records of vehicle performance, maintenance costs, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for spare parts and technical support.

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in automobile maintenance or fleet management, especially in the construction or heavy-duty vehicle sector.
• Strong technical expertise in diesel engines, hydraulics, and heavy machinery.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
