The Facilitator will support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children across the School and TLP Centre, working closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Salary: ₦192,000 monthly net + other benefits

Our client is a world-class Montessori school that offers uninterrupted learning, stimulating self-correcting materials, an engaging curriculum, and a developmentally balanced learning approach.

• Provide one-on-one learning support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
• Monitor progress and support the development of academic, behavioural, social, emotional, and life skills.
• Support the Centre's Aftercare Programme with enrichment activities, academic support, creative activities, and structured social and life-skills sessions.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Psychology, or a related field.
• 1 year experience as a Facilitator, preferably in a special needs setting.
• Previous experience working as an educator, teaching assistant, facilitator, therapist, or childcare professional.
• Working knowledge of ABA principles and special-needs education is an advantage.
• Experience in a Montessori or structured learning environment is an added advantage.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine love for children, strong interpersonal skills, patience, and emotional intelligence.
