• Understudy and learn Facilities processes, leadership, stakeholder, and vendor management through interactions with Facilities Staff.
• Assist the Facilities Team in managing the Port Harcourt facilities and estate effectively and efficiently.
• Support proactive maintenance management by undertaking daily checks of facilities and equipment.
• Help maintain the office and estate by supporting security arrangements and ensuring quality customer care.
• Support day-to-day coordination of facilities services and project activities.
• Assist with coordination of facilities and building improvement activities.
• Provide logistical support to visitors coming to Port Harcourt.
• Support planning and management of vehicles and drivers.
• Provide basic administrative support for IT-related activities as required.

• Graduate-level education in any field.
• Graduated within the last four years.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated interest in Facilities Management.
• Candidates are expected to have the right to live and work in Nigeria.
