Eliezer Group is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and corrective maintenance programs to enhance the longevity, reliability, and efficiency of all facility assets.
• Ensure the effective operation of all critical systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and other building services, through regular monitoring, testing, and timely intervention.
• Oversee and optimize the facility ticketing/helpdesk system by tracking requests, prioritizing tasks, and implementing process improvements to enhance response time and service efficiency.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise facility-related projects.
• Conduct routine and periodic inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement, ensuring a clean, safe, and conducive working environment.
• Provide leadership and supervision to facility staff, including cleaners, technicians, and supervisors, ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous development.

• Background Experience: 3 years in facility management or related role.
• Qualifications: Minimum of HND/BSC in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of facility management operations and client service requirements.
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
