The Facility Officer will manage the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of company facilities. Responsibilities include coordinating vendors and maintenance staff, monitoring utilities, supervising security, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and grounds to ensure safety and functionality
• Coordinate vendors, maintenance staff, cleaners, and security personnel
• Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, addressing faults and scheduled servicing
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain incident reports
• Address tenant facility complaints and support onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, repairs, inventory, and facility reports
• Support budget preparation and implement cost-effective facility solutions
• Oversee security operations and access control

• Minimum OND/HND in a relevant field
• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving skills
• Strong knowledge of Abuja road network
• Technical/maintenance knowledge, good communication skills, and multitasking ability
• Understanding of safety standards and facility operations
• Supervisory and interpersonal skills
• 2–3 years’ experience as a facility manager
