We are hiring an experienced Factory Manager to lead operations, production, maintenance, and compliance.

Role Objective
Lead, organize, and optimize end-to-end factory operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery, while working closely with the Managing Director on projects, expansion, and commissioning.

• Manage production, maintenance & plant operations
• Lead project planning, erection & commissioning
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO & EHS standards
• Achieve operational KPIs: efficiency, downtime reduction & cost control
• Manage budgets, OPEX & operational reporting
• Drive continuous improvement & cost optimization initiatives
• Lead, develop & motivate plant teams
• Liaise with regulatory & statutory authorities
• Oversee housekeeping, safety & environmental compliance

• Engineering graduate (Mechanical preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
• Strong people management & multi-plant exposure
• Experience in process audits, preventive maintenance & compliance
• Willingness to travel between plant locations
