We are a fast-growing agricultural enterprise focused on sustainable farming practices and high-quality crop production. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee our operations in Oyo and Kwara States.
 

• Manage all aspects of farm operations, including planning, planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.

• Implement and oversee irrigated farming practices to optimize yield and resource use.

• Lead and train farm staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to best agricultural practices.

• Monitor crop health and implement pest and disease management strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of farm activities, production levels, and financial performance.

• Collaborate with agronomists and other specialists to improve farming techniques and productivity.

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in Agriculture, specifically in irrigated farming.

• A degree in Agronomy or a related agricultural science field is required (subject to verification) 

• Proven experience in soybean cultivation is crucial.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work proactively, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
