The Field Engineer will install and maintain wireless, fiber, and microwave network infrastructure, configure network equipment, conduct site surveys, and troubleshoot network outages.

• Salary: ₦160,000 – ₦200,000 + Performance Incentives

• Install and maintain wireless, fiber, and microwave network infrastructure.
• Configure routers, switches, access points, and customer premises equipment (CPE).
• Conduct site surveys, fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and RF analysis.
• Troubleshoot network outages and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the NOC team.
• Perform preventive maintenance on ISP infrastructure.
• Prepare installation, maintenance, and network uptime reports.

• HND/B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in ISP field operations, fiber optics, and wireless networks.
• Hands-on experience with FTTH/FTTX, microwave networks, fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and CPE configuration.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, PPPoE, and ISP technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as PRTG, MRTG, or Wireshark.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, Fiber Optic Certification, or MikroTik (MTCNA/MTCRE) are an added advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
