- Experience conducting field research, household surveys, or community monitoring
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging diverse community members professionally
- Proficiency in using mobile data collection platforms (e.g., ODK, KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO)
- Ability to work independently in remote or semi-urban field environments
- Physical fitness for walking long distances and working outdoors in varying weather
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Yoruba or Pidgin is highly advantageous for local engagement
- Previous experience with development projects, NGOs, or market research firms preferred
