Zenthaven Realty Limited is a real estate company in Lagos seeking Field Executives to help clients find suitable properties for sale, lease, and rent.

• Generate and follow up with prospective clients.
• Market and promote properties available for sale and rental.
• Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable options.
• Communicate with clients and provide relevant property information.
• Arrange and accompany clients for house, property, and site inspections.
• Take clients out to inspect properties from your location when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up with clients after inspections and throughout the transaction process.
• Assist in facilitating property sales and rental transactions.
• Meet assigned sales, rental, and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and leads.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in real estate, sales, and client relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Must be proactive, confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Must be willing and available to take clients for physical property and site inspections when required.
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Must be based in Lagos.
