• Identify and engage prospective clients through field marketing activities.
• Promote business structuring, HR, recruitment, and consulting services to businesses.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
• Follow up on prospects and convert leads into paying clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Conduct field visits and direct B2B outreach within assigned locations.
• Stay updated on service offerings, consulting solutions, and market trends.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.
• Submit daily and weekly reports on field activities, leads, and client engagements.

• Minimum of 2 years' proven experience specifically in Field Marketing is mandatory.
• Experience marketing or selling business consulting, professional services, or B2B solutions.
• Good understanding of business consulting services and ability to communicate their value confidently.
• Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition through field marketing.
• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of Lagos Island, Ikeja, Yaba, and surrounding business environments.
• Must reside within or close to the preferred work location.
