The Field Marketer will promote and market financial products, identify and onboard new customers, achieve sales targets, and build strong customer relationships.

• Promote and market the company's financial products and services directly to customers.
• Identify and onboard new customers within assigned territories.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Educate potential customers on product benefits and usage.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for retention.
• Submit daily reports on field activities and sales performance.

• Minimum of SSCE/OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
• 0–2 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition. Experience in fintech is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must reside in Lagos and be willing to move around.
• Smartphone proficiency required for reporting and customer onboarding.
