The Field Marketing Officer will identify and pitch to potential clients including construction firms, real estate developers, architects, event planners, hotels, and individual homeowners, deliver proposals and introductory letters, and follow up on leads through to closed sales. This role requires a confident, self-motivated professional with strong communication skills.

• Job Location: Ketu, Lagos (and environs)
• Employment Type: Full-Time (3-4 field days per week, flexible)
• Salary: Field stipend for transport, feeding, and expenses on every working day + Commission on every client brought in who converts to a paying customer

• Identify and pitch to potential clients: construction firms, real estate developers, architects, event planners, hotels, and individual homeowners.
• Deliver proposals and introductory letters to companies.
• Represent SPS Pebble Stones professionally at meetings and on-site visits.
• Follow up on leads through to closed sales.

• Confident communicator, comfortable pitching to companies and individuals.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Must have clear, achievable KPIs.
• Based in Ketu, Lagos, or environs, able to move around for meetings.
• Prior sales/marketing/business development experience is a plus.
• Note: This role starts with a probation period with clear performance targets.
