We are seeking a Field Officer to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. The role involves conducting regular field visits to monitor crop performance and project activities, providing technical support to the farm manager, and collecting and analyzing field data.

• BSc or HND in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of practical experience in agricultural field operations.
• Adequate knowledge of crop management, soil health, and pest/disease control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with farmers and rural communities.
• Ability to work independently in field environments and manage multiple tasks effectively.
