- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Environmental Science, Community Development, Engineering, Public Health, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years' experience in a field-based role, preferably supporting WASH, environmental sustainability, or community development projects.
- Demonstrated experience in community engagement and working with diverse stakeholders.
- Must be resident in Epe LG or nearby communities and able to commute to Isale Agoro.
- Good understanding of the nonprofit sector is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, report writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
