The Field Onboarding Agent will onboard verified Professionals and Service Providers within an assigned Port Harcourt route, across all four Zexus sectors.

• Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State
• Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (6 Weeks)
• Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 (Total for full 6-week contract) + Performance Commission

Zexus Services Limited is building a network of digital service marketplaces connecting verified professionals and service providers with clients across Real Estate, Construction, Automobile/Heavy Equipment, and Marine sectors. The company is launching in Port Harcourt first and needs hands-on field agents to build its supply side from the ground up.

• Onboard verified Professionals and Service Providers within your assigned Port Harcourt route, across all four Zexus sectors.
• Ensure balanced coverage across sectors and professional categories per your assigned quota, not just whoever's easiest to find.
• Accurately capture and submit Pro data (contact details, trade/category, experience, ID documents) using our field data tool.
• Support Pros through app signup and initial verification on the spot.
• Follow up with onboarded Pros to confirm they're fully activated and able to receive orders, and help resolve any concerns they raise.
• Submit daily/weekly progress reports.
• Act as the first point of contact for onboarded Pros' questions throughout the contract.

• OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.
• 1-3 years' experience in field sales, merchant/agent onboarding, community mobilization, or FMCG/telecom distribution.
• Strong, practical, on-the-ground familiarity with Port Harcourt terrain.
• Must own a good, reliable smartphone capable of running data-collection and verification apps smoothly.
• Must have consistent access to mobile internet connectivity for daily field submissions.
• Comfortable approaching strangers and tradespeople; strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently.
• Prior experience onboarding artisans, professionals, or informal-sector workers is a strong plus.
