• Ensure geographic spread across the assigned state.

• Education sector experience or background (prior school research, education admin, or teaching background).
• Strong interview and communication skills.
• Residence in the selected states (Port Harcourt, Anambra, Lagos, Jos).
• Fluency in English and the local language of the state/area.
• Familiarity with the regional school landscape.
• Data collection accuracy.
• Ability to build rapport with school management/decision-makers.
• Comfort with both digital and physical data collection methods.
• Reliability, accountability, punctuality, problem-solving, speed, and accuracy.
