• Visit assigned markets and business clusters to identify potential customers.
• Present and explain solar assessment and financing solutions to prospects.
• Engage business owners and generate qualified leads.
• Capture customer and business information using a field app.
• Take photos of business premises, appliances, roofs, and proposed installation areas.
• Collect information on power usage, generator expenses, outages, and business losses.
• Follow up with prospects and provide additional information where required.
• Submit accurate daily and weekly activity reports.

• Minimum of OND, HND, or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Social Sciences, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
• Experience in field sales, customer acquisition, market activation, solar sales, FMCG, fintech, microfinance, or lending is an advantage.
• Must own a functional smartphone capable of running mobile applications, taking clear photos, and supporting GPS.
• Good knowledge of Lagos markets and SME clusters is an advantage.
• Must be comfortable with daily field movement and customer visits.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
