The Field Sales Representative will conduct field-based sales activities, manage distributor and retail relationships, and ensure consistent product availability and brand visibility in assigned territories.

• Salary: ₦80,000 + HMO, Annual Leave & Performance Bonus

A reputable agro-processing company is seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and strengthen customer relationships within the Lagos metropolitan area.

• Drive sales and achieve assigned targets across assigned routes and outlets
• Expand market reach by acquiring new retail accounts and distributors
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners
• Ensure proper product display, stock rotation, and shelf presence
• Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activity
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and activity summaries
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for timely deliveries

• Male candidates preferred
• SSCE, OND, NABTEB, or other relevant technical/vocational qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ field sales experience in Agro-Processing, FMCG, Retail, Food & Beverage, or related industry
• Valid driver’s licence with practical driving experience (compulsory)
• Experience in retail sales, distributor management, and customer acquisition is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes—especially the Alimosho axis
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Must reside in or around Alimosho
• Willingness to resume immediately in August 2026
