• Conduct physical visitations to potential borrowers’ business premises to evaluate books, inventory, and turnover.
• Verify residential and business address information through direct on-site inspection.
• Visit guarantors, employee references, and other relevant parties to confirm awareness and locatability.
• Deduce accuracy and legitimacy by cross-referencing multiple information sources during field visits.
• Collect supplementary data beyond standard requirements that may impact verification outcomes.
• Prepare comprehensive, accurate daily reports detailing all verification activities and findings.
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and specified timelines for all verifications.
• Maintain highest level of integrity; understand that falsification triggers legal fraud proceedings.
• Perform additional functions as assigned by supervisors based on operational needs.

• Minimum of B.Sc./HND in any business-related discipline (Required).
• In-depth geographical knowledge of your specific local environment (Critical).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in credit risk or field verification is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently across diverse terrains and communities.
• Unquestionable integrity and ethical conduct in handling sensitive financial data.
• Availability for frequent travel within assigned state/region.
