Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical verification of applicants' residential addresses, business premises, and guarantor locations.
  • Validate critical information including income streams, profit margins, inventory levels, and business activities.
  • Identify discrepancies, red flags, and potential fraud indicators during on-site assessments.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) guidelines and internal Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, comprehensive field verification reports promptly.
  • Utilize smartphones, digital cameras, and reporting applications for real-time data capture.
  • Maintain professional demeanor when interacting with diverse stakeholders across Lagos.
  • Work independently to manage daily verification schedules and route planning efficiently.

Required Skills

  • OND/HND qualification (Required).

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in field verification, credit appraisal, or risk assessment is an added advantage.
