We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Finance Analyst with strong Treasury experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cash flow management, reconciliation oversight, financial reporting, and treasury operations across multiple payment channels. This role requires precision, strong numerical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, data-intensive environment.

1. ⁠Track and reconcile incoming and outgoing transactions across settlement accounts and bank accounts.
2. Manage daily treasury operations, including cashflow planning, liquidity monitoring, and fund movement across banks and partners.
3. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cashflow reports and support financial forecasting and budgeting activities.
4. Monitor account balances, ensure adequate funding for operational needs, and escalate shortfalls or discrepancies.
5. Oversee month-end closing processes, including journal postings, accruals, and ledger reconciliation.
6. Analyse financial data and prepare reports for management decision-making.
7. Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and regulatory returns.
8. Maintain relationships with banks, partners, and financial institutions to ensure seamless treasury operations.
9. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through continuous audit and reconciliation checks.
10. Support internal control enhancements to improve treasury and finance processes

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Finance, Treasury, or Financial Analysis (preferably in fintech, banking, or payments).
3. Strong understanding of treasury operations, bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
4. Proficiency with accounting tools, spreadsheets, and financial systems.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
6. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
7. Professional certifications are a strong advantage.
