We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department. S/he would also be responsible for the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of the company's employee payroll. This critical role ensures that all staff are compensated correctly, deductions are processed accurately, and statutory payments (e.g.,
PAYE, Pension) are remitted on time, maintaining the utmost level of confidentiality and adherence to labour laws and company policy.

* Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (A/R), and general ledger entries, ensuring accurate allocation.
* Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of all employee payroll records and sensitive financial data.

*• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of proven work experience as a Finance Associate, or in a similar role.
* Solid hands-on experience with an integrated payroll software system (HRIS/Accounting Software).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis and reporting.
* Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
* Ability to handle large volumes of numerical data with minimal error.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian labour law and statutory deductions (PAYE, Pension, etc.).
