The Finance Associate will anchor core financial operations including bookkeeping, regulatory filings, and account reporting, ensuring clean books, on-time filings, and reliable management accounts.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date bookkeeping — ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Own on-time submission of all statutory and regulatory filings (VAT, tax, payroll, annual returns).
• Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance commentary and AR/AP ageing schedules.
• Maintain the compliance calendar and ensure zero late filings or avoidable penalties.
• Support process improvement and documentation of standard operating procedures as the function scales.
• Maintain data integrity within the firm’s accounting system.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant bookkeeping, accounting, or finance operations experience.
• Working knowledge of Nigerian tax and statutory filing requirements.
• Strong Excel and accounting software proficiency.
• Part qualification (ICAN / ACCA) preferred.
