- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, administration, and procurement.
- Mandatory: Prior experience working with an NGO or donor-funded organization.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in handling finances.
