• Manage all the company's bank reconciliation.
• Process accounts payables and receivables.
• Manage Petty Cash.
• Payroll management.
• Utilize database software to organize financial account information.
• Review both incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Make regular contact with clients to ensure payments are made.
• Follow-up on both existing and prospective clients on a daily basis.
• Conduct research and do analysis that will support the company's growth.
• Brainstorm and implement growth and sustainability strategies for the company.
