The Finance Intern will support corporate accounting and portfolio tracking, gaining hands-on experience in venture capital and private equity finance operations.

The firm manages portfolio investments and finance operations that track performance across its holdings. Its work environment is collaborative and analytical, with direct mentorship from experienced VC and investment professionals.

• Prepare and record journal entries (accruals, prepayments, OpEx).
• Assist with Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Support bank reconciliations, AP/AR matching, and intercompany transactions.
• Help prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
• Process vendor invoices and perform financial variance analysis.

• Degree (pursuing or completed) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Solid grasp of double-entry bookkeeping, debit/credit mechanics, and financial statements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• High numerical accuracy, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) is a plus.
