Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and documentation
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking processes
  • Support the trading team in monitoring market activities and preparing daily trade summaries
  • Conduct basic research on securities, market trends, and investment opportunities
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Shadow senior officers to learn client relationship management and compliance processes
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to build technical and professional skills
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors

Required Skills

  • University Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Must be a corps member in Lagos state (in need of a PPA)
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets and investment principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of accounting software
