We are looking for a *detail-driven and commercially minded Finance Manager* to manage agency finances, control project costs, protect margins, and support the execution of high-impact experiential marketing campaigns.

This role sits at the heart of our operations—working closely with Client Service, Project Management, Procurement, and Leadership teams.

* Manage end-to-end financial operations across agency projects
* Track project budgets, spend, and profitability
* Control vendor payments, advances, and reconciliations
* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
* Support pricing, proposal costing, and margin protection
* Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax and statutory regulations
* Oversee payroll for permanent, contract, and field staff

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* *ICAN / ACCA / ACA qualification (mandatory)*
* 5–7 years finance experience (agency or project-based environment preferred)
* Strong experience in project costing, budgeting, and cash flow management
* High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
