The Financial Analyst will support the organization by providing accurate financial modeling, analysis, and reporting to drive informed decision-making. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting strategic financial planning, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector.

 

- Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support management decisions.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and Power BI.
- Analyze market trends, operational data, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial policies.
- Support audits, budgeting cycles, and ERP-based financial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs and validate data integrity.
 

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Professional certification (CFA or ACCA) is an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.

Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and solid understanding of IFRS.
