• Teach various fine art disciplines (drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, etc.).
• Develop and implement curriculum aligned with state and national standards.
• Instruct students in art history, theory, and criticism.
• Encourage experimentation, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and well-equipped art studio.
• Supervise students during classes, workshops, and projects.
• Manage art supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Provide individualized guidance and feedback.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage student participation in art exhibitions and competitions.
• Develop and administer assessments to measure student progress.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field.
• Teaching certification or licensure.
• 2+ years of teaching experience (preferably in fine arts).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with diverse artistic mediums and techniques is preferred.
• Familiarity with art technology (digital art software, etc.) is preferred.
• Knowledge of art history, theory, and criticism is preferred.
• Experience with art exhibitions, competitions, and festivals is preferred.
