As a Mobile Application Developer (Flutter) at RUN, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our mobile applications that power seamless logistics experiences for thousands of users. You are passionate about clean code, beautiful interfaces, and high-performing apps. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver reliable, secure, and user-friendly mobile applications that bring RUN’s services directly into the hands of our customers.

• Job Type: Full-time (Start-up Environment)

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Translate UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) into responsive and adaptive Flutter components.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented Dart code following best practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.
• Implement efficient state management solutions for complex application flows.
• Ensure optimal app performance, security, and responsiveness across devices and OS versions.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Publish, monitor, and maintain apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards and best practices.
• Implement authentication and security features including Firebase Authentication, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and secure local storage.
• Create and maintain custom animations, transitions, and UI components to enhance user experience.
• Continuously research and adopt emerging mobile technologies to improve RUN's products.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience developing mobile applications with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter SDK.
• Experience building and deploying apps on both Android and iOS platforms.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile app integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with authentication systems and mobile security best practices.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and adaptive layouts.
• Experience using tools such as Android Studio, Visual Studio Code, Xcode, and API testing tools like Postman or Insomnia.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Firebase services beyond authentication (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Analytics, etc.).
• Strong eye for UI/UX and detail in implementing designs accurately.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques in Flutter.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities.
• A passion for building impactful digital products and improving user experiences.
