The Founding Engineer Intern will build core features of an autonomous Voice AI Interviewer product, including the Core AI Engine (Python and WebRTC), a Premium Dashboard (Next.js and React), and AI integrations (fine-tuning LLMs and voice engines). This is not a "fix-a-button" internship – you will own core features of the product.

• Build the Core AI Engine using Python and WebRTC to develop the brain of the AI interviewer.
• Build a high-performance recruiter UI dashboard using Next.js and React.
• Fine-tune LLMs (OpenAI) and voice engines for AI integration.
• Own core features of the product from end to end.
• Ship features fast and work in a zero-to-one startup environment.
