backdoorjobs.ai is a platform built by a FAANG software engineer that scans 10,000+ company career pages (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) to find jobs with low competition that match a user's resume. The product is fully live with daily code updates.

We're looking for someone to help grow our social media presence through short-form video (TikTok/Reels) and written content about job searching.

• Create 3-5 short-form videos or posts per week
• Content focus: job search tips, career advice, hidden job market
• Full creative freedom – scripts and ideas are available, but you can run with your own too

• You've been through the job hunting struggle (college students/new grads preferred)
• Comfortable creating content – doesn't need to be polished, authentic works better
• Someone who can drive views and sales

Compensation

• $150/month base stipend
• $10 per paying subscriber you bring in (tracked via your referral link)
