Job Description

A company is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk & Admin Officer to manage the reception, support office administration, coordinate travel, and ensure smooth daily operations. PA experience is an added advantage. 

  • Location: Lagos Island

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, manage calls, and handle correspondence.
  • Maintain a tidy, professional front desk and office environment.
  • Support internal meetings and general office administration.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
  • Oversee office facilities, liaise with vendors, and monitor cleaning staff.
  • Maintain stock of office supplies and ensure timely restocking.

Required Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in front desk, administrative, or office support roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Professional, ethical, and discreet.
