Job Description

We are seeking a professional and well-organized Front Desk & Administrative Assistant to manage our front office operations. The role involves attending to walk-in customers, handling office calls, providing basic information on our products and services, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.

This role is ideal for an NYSC corps member or an entry-level candidate who resides around Ogudu/Ojota axis (Lagos Mainland) and is eager to gain hands-on administrative and office management experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk and attend to walk-in customers professionally.
  • Provide accurate basic information about products and services and direct inquiries to the appropriate team.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and general office correspondence.
  • Track and document customer inquiries where required.
  • Support routine administrative and office coordination tasks.
  • Assist with basic HR and office support activities as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Female candidate residing close to Ogudu/Ojota, Lagos Mainland.
  • Minimum qualification: OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
