Job Description

We are looking for a tall, presentable, eloquent, and friendly Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and must embody professionalism, warmth, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients professionally
• Manage calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
• Schedule appointments and maintain records
• Support basic administrative and customer service tasks
• Keep the reception area tidy and organised

Required Skills

• Tall, neat, and well-presented
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Energetic, polite, and well-spoken
• Ability to multitask and stay organised
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality, or healthcare is an advantage
• OND/HND/BSc
