The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, prospects, and other stakeholders, welcome and attend to visitors in a professional and courteous manner, respond to clients' basic inquiries, and support the Customer Success Team in ensuring a smooth and positive client experience. This role requires a professional, warm, and organized individual.

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, prospects, and other stakeholders.

• Attend to walk-in clients and prospects and ensure they are properly directed to the appropriate team member.
• Support the Customer Success Team in ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a front desk, customer service, or a similar role.
• Candidates must reside within reasonable proximity to Ikota.
• Experience in a real estate company is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
