This role is ideal for a polished, organised, and customer-focused professional who can serve as the first point of contact and uphold a strong corporate image. The Front Desk Executive will manage the reception area, attend to visitors and callers professionally, and support basic administrative operations while ensuring strict adherence to security and office protocols.
• Receive and attend to visitors courteously and professionally
• Manage access control, security, health, and safety protocols
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls professionally
• Provide accurate information in person, via phone, and email
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area
• Log all visitor movement and manage building records
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Manage reception supplies, telephone directories, and office phone usage
• Support general administrative and clerical duties as assigned
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanour
• Good time management and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong telephone etiquette and administrative skills
