A reputable law firm in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos is seeking a Front Desk Officer to join their team. This role is ideal for a professional, organized, and customer-focused candidate with 3+ years of front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor logs and office records.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Provide administrative support to legal staff as required.

Required Skills

  • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, English, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience as a receptionist or front desk officer.
  • Nearness to location (Lekki Phase 1) is key.
  • Female applicant preferred.
