NovaBridge Talent is recruiting on behalf of a hotel based in Satellite Town, Lagos. The hotel provides accommodation and hospitality services to guests. Its work environment is guest-focused and service-driven, with a strong emphasis on presentation, courtesy, and smooth front-desk operations.

• Welcome and attend to guests and visitors professionally.
• Handle calls, enquiries, and guest requests.
• Perform basic front-desk and administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with guest-related activities and routine hotel operations.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area.

• OND or HND in any relevant field.
• Must be computer literate and comfortable with basic computer operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, presentable, courteous, and organised.
• Previous experience in a hotel, front-desk, or customer service role is an added advantage.
• Ability to work according to assigned shifts.
