Key Responsibilities

  • Review documents for new customer onboarding to ensure all required information is complete before Trade Term Settlement (TTS) upload
  • Support insurance renewal processes by following up on documents and updating trackers
  • Assist with planning and coordinating trade visits and help prepare reports after visits
  • Help prepare and process payment memos, ensuring accuracy and compliance with finance procedures
  • Assist with month-end confirmation of purchase orders and goods receipts to ensure timely and accurate closure
  • Support balance sheet reconciliations by preparing schedules and helping resolve differences
  • Help organize and coordinate unit meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in marketing stock counts and ensure proper documentation and compliance with finance controls
  • Support the team with ad hoc finance and commercial tasks when required
  • Track and complete assigned activities, including team initiatives, socials, and other deliverables

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Must be serving or completed NYSC
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and manage financial documentation accurately
  • Basic understanding of finance processes, including payments, purchase orders, and reconciliations
  • Good financial and analytical skills
  • Good organizational and tracking skills to manage multiple tasks and follow up on action items
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), coordination, and teamwork skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Available to work full-time for the duration of 1 year
