HireAfrica is a consulting firm seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and maintaining web applications, along with a strong understanding of modern programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Build responsive user interfaces and robust backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, PHP, C#, React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Git, cloud technologies, and modern software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior experience developing, implementing, or supporting Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) will be an added advantage.
