• Identify, prospect, and onboard new individual and corporate clients
• Drive customer acquisition and business development initiatives
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
• Reactivate dormant customer relationships
• Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally
• Support clients with onboarding and platform-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates
• Track customer engagements and follow-up activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, banking, FX, or financial services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to acquire and retain clients
• Strong customer service orientation
• Experience using CRM tools is an advantage
• Proximity to Lekki is highly preferred
