The GFX / Motion Designer will craft visual graphics, dynamic motion elements, and visual hooks designed to stop thumbs and capture immediate attention on modern ad platforms. Working closely with Creative Directors and Video Editors, you will utilize design tools alongside AI generation engines to produce visual assets that turn passive scrollers into engaged buyers.

Creative Asset Generation

• Motion & Static Design: Design animated graphic overlays, callouts, UI mockups, lower thirds, and high-impact static visual hooks for performance video ads.
• AI Prompt Design: Utilize generative AI platforms (Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, Runway, etc.) to rapidly produce bespoke backgrounds, textures, and visual design assets.
• Brand Alignment: Translate briefs into visual concepts while ensuring strict alignment with client brand guidelines and specs.

Asset Handoff & Quality Control

• Editor Support: Package, organize, and export dynamic motion graphics and visual elements so video editors can integrate them without friction.
• Visual Quality Check: Review static and animated elements to ensure correct ratios, resolutions, color profiles, and clear messaging.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics.
• Location: Must reside in Epe, Lagos (or have immediate relocation plans).
• Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent modern design suites.
• AI Tool Integration: Active usage of AI image/design generation software in daily production workflows.
• Portfolio Required: Demonstrated reel or portfolio displaying motion graphic elements and performance-driven visual assets.
