• 5 credits including Maths & English in SSCE/NECO.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, Business Administration, Educational Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of Second Class Honours.
• 0–3 years of relevant work experience (including internships and NYSC).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• CIPM certification or evidence of ongoing certification will be an added advantage.
